Using this website
This website is provided by Signline Digital Media for information about our products and services. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but content is provided “as is” and may change without notice.
Quotes & orders
The website does not display prices; any prices, lead times and specifications we discuss are indicative until confirmed in a written quote. A quote becomes an order once you approve it. Production begins after you approve the proof; approving a proof confirms the artwork, content and specification to be produced.
Artwork & intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all designs, artwork, mock-ups and visuals we create remain the property of Signline Digital Media. Design work is billed separately from printing; clean, high-resolution artwork is released to you once the design has been paid for or its release is otherwise agreed. You confirm that any logos, images or content you supply to us are yours to use and do not infringe anyone else's rights.
Proofs, colour & materials
Screen and on-screen proofs are a guide; printed colour can vary slightly between materials and runs. We'll advise on the best material and finish for each job, but outdoor lifespan depends on exposure, care and the option chosen.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
