Laser

Laser cutting & engraving

A laser cuts where a blade can't: clean edges, fine detail and engraving in a single pass. On our Trotec flatbed laser we cut and mark acrylic, wood, MDF and a range of materials, from built-up signage letters to one-off bespoke pieces, accurate to the artwork.

Cut clean. Engraved sharp.

Cut to the line

Flame-polished acrylic edges, intricate shapes, lettering and logos cut straight from your vector artwork. Repeatable and precise, whether it's a single piece or a full run.

Engraved and marked

Engrave logos, text and detail into acrylic, wood and laminates, or mark coated metals and anodised aluminium, for signage, awards, plaques, gifts and panels.

FAQ

Good to know

What materials can you laser cut?
Commonly acrylic, wood, MDF, ply, paper, card, leather and rubber, plus engraving on coated metals and anodised aluminium. We'll confirm what suits each job, since some materials, like PVC, can't be lasered safely.
What is the difference between cutting and engraving?
Cutting passes through the material to a clean edge; engraving removes a shallow top layer to leave a permanent mark. We do both, often on the same piece.
What files do you need?
A vector file is ideal (CorelDRAW, PDF, SVG or AI), because the laser follows the line exactly. Our studio can redraw or set artwork up for the laser if needed.
